Overview
The Spectrum STx2 patch antenna is designed for Globalstar Simplex to work with the STx2 module and delivers low cost clear reception for data transfer through the satellite network.
The antenna's directivity has been tailored for optimal acquisition of the Globalstar™ satellite constellation virtually anywhere in the world.
Special features of the Simplex STx2 antenna include the small, lightweight size,adn ease of working. STx2 antennas have a center frequency of 1615 MHz +/- 5 MHz, left hand circular polarization, VSWR of 2:1 max (25 MHz bandwidth), gain at zenith of 3 dBic min, A/R at zenith of 3 dB max, half-power beamwidth of 100° and directivity variation <5 dB (zenith to 25° el). SENS antenna's range in price from $5 to $15 depending on the package configuration and quantity ordered.
