AirCard 501
Overview
The Aircard 501 is a tri-band HSPA PC card that is not locked to a network so users can use any carrier's 3G data SIM. Mobile professionals can rely on the performance and convenience of the AirCard 501 to make the most of their time when on the go. It features a high-speed HSUPA wireless connectivity with upload speeds up to 5.76 Mbps and have the ability to roam globally so users can stay connected wherever travel schedules take them. Designed for the European and Asia Pacific markets, the AirCard 501 operates on the 850, 1900 and 2100 MHz UMTS bands. This model is not locked to a cellular network and is designed for international travelers needing to access data over 3G networks but wanting to avoid high international data roaming charges.
The compact design and small size of this modem means one will fit smartly into a laptop and store easily in bags. With no moving parts, it uses a proven product design to manage the rough and tumble reality of life on the go.
