The Sierra Wireless MC8785V PCI Express Mini Card features HSPA Technology, Voice, GPS, and Serial Interface.
The tri-band MC8785V PCI Express Mini Card, built using the MSM7200A Mobile Station Modem chipset from QUALCOMM, offers UMTS HSUPA uplink data rates of up to 2.0 Mbps, and HSPA downlink data rates of up to 7.2 Mbps.
The MC8785V PCI Express Mini Card embedded module offers connectivity to all three WCDMA frequency bands (850, 1900, 2100 MHz) and all four GSM/GPRS/EDGE bands (850, 900, 1800, and 1900 MHz) used worldwide, allowing seamless global roaming on the best available network.
The MC8785V has receive equalization and antenna diversity for improved fringe performance in Europe and Asia, North American, and Australia.
